A: No. Works for beginners to experienced investors. We have resources for all levels.
Q: What devices work with PropSearchr?
A: Desktop/laptop (all browsers), tablet, mobile web. iOS/Android apps launching October 2026.
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Yes. 7 days free on Pro/Agency plans. No card required.
Q: Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
A: No. We won't charge you without explicit opt-in.

Q: How does floor plan analysis work?
A: Claude AI automatically analyzes floor plans from property listing photos → tells you modification opportunities, costs, upside potential in <2 seconds. No upload needed.
Q: How accurate is floor plan analysis?
A: ~92% accurate on room identification. Quality depends on the floor plan photo in the original listing. Always verify with a surveyor before investing.
Q: What's DLD Moat?
A: Uses Dubai Land Department data to find off-market deals. You get 100+ building owner contacts to reach out directly.
Q: How does property scoring work?
A: Based on your investment criteria + market data + AI analysis (floor plans, comparables, condition, distress signals). Score answers: "Is this a good deal for ME?"
Q: What's the Flip Exit Strategy?
A: Models 5 exit paths (flip, hold, convert, JV, rent) and calculates 5-year IRR for each. Shows which option is best for each property.
Q: How often are listings updated?
A: Public listings (Bayut/PropertyFinder): Every 6 hours. Off-market data (DLD): Daily.
Q: Can I export analysis?
A: Yes. Click "Export to PDF" on any property page. Share with partners, advisors, lenders.
Account & settings
Q: How do I change my investment profile?
A: Settings → Investment Profile → Update goals, budget, areas, criteria → Click Save.
Q: Can I have multiple accounts?
A: Not recommended. One account per person. Contact support@propsearchr.com if you need exceptions.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Settings → Security → "Change Password" → Enter old and new password → Update.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Settings → Account → "Delete Account" → Confirm (permanent). Data deleted within 30 days.
Q: Can I download my data?
A: Yes. Settings → Privacy → "Request My Data". We send your information within 30 days.
Billing & payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Stripe handles payments: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers (select countries), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Q: Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime?
- Upgrade: Charged prorated immediately, access new features instantly
- Downgrade: Effective end of current period, credit applies to next month
Q: What if my payment fails?
A: We'll email you and retry 3 times. If still failing, account reverts to Free plan. Contact support@propsearchr.com to fix it.
Q: Do you offer annual discounts?
- Yes. 20% off annual subscriptions:
- Pro: AED 55,000/year (vs. AED 66,000 monthly)
- Agency: AED 110,000/year (vs. AED 132,000 monthly)
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: Subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime (effective end of period). Refund only for billing errors or service discontinuation.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. Stripe's PCI-compliant system. We never store full card details. All data encrypted (TLS 1.3 transit, AES-256 rest).
Using the platform
Q: How many properties can I analyze?
A: Free: 10/month. Pro/Agency: Unlimited. Enterprise: Unlimited.
Q: Can I save properties for later?
A: Yes. Click "Save to List" on any property. View in "My Properties" (Pro feature).
Q: Can I share analysis with others?
A: Yes. Click "Share" to get a link. Send to partners, advisors, mentors. They see full analysis.
Q: What if I disagree with the score?
A: Scores based on 1,000+ property analysis. If something's wrong, click "Report issue" and we investigate.
Technical
Q: Why is floor plan analysis slow?
A: Usually: low resolution image, blurry photo, or API temporary slowness. Try clearer, higher-res image (1500+ pixels).
Q: Why is search slow?
A: Clear browser cache, try different location, refresh page, try different browser. Contact support@propsearchr.com if persists.
Q: Why are some properties missing DLD data?
A: Reasons: new property (not in DLD yet), legal dispute, freezone (different registration), data hasn't updated yet.
Q: What if I find a bug?
A: Click "Report issue" on any page. Include what happened, screenshots, device/browser info. We investigate within 24 hours.
Investment advice
Q: Is PropSearchr a financial advisor?
A: No. We provide analysis and recommendations. We're NOT financial advisors. Consult a licensed advisor before major investments.
Q: Should I rely solely on PropSearchr recommendations?
A: No. Use it as ONE input. Always verify: get a surveyor, check authorities, talk to contractors.
Q: What if I make a bad investment based on PropSearchr?
A: We're not liable for investment outcomes. Our analysis is guidance, not guarantee. Real estate is risky. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
Privacy & security
Q: What data do you collect?
A: Account info (name, email), investment profile, floor plans you upload, search history. See Privacy Policy for full details.
Q: Is my data safe?
A: Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Regular security audits (SOC 2). GDPR/PDPL compliant.
Q: Will you sell my data?
A: No. We never sell personal data to third parties.
Q: Do you use my floor plans for training AI?
A: No. We use only anonymized, aggregated data. Individual floor plans are NOT used for training or sold.
Q: Can I delete my account and data?
A: Yes. Settings → Account → "Delete Account". Data deleted within 30 days.

Q: Can I license PropSearchr for my business?

A: Yes. Agency plan (AED 11k/month) supports team usage. Enterprise available for custom integrations.

A: Coming Aug 2026. Enterprise customers will have full API access.
Account issues
Q: I forgot my password.
A: Go to login → "Forgot Password" → Enter email → Check email for reset link → Create new password.
Q: I'm locked out of my account.
A: Contact support@propsearchr.com with email address + reason. We help within 24 hours.
Q: Can I change my email address?
A: Yes. Settings → Account → "Change Email" → Confirm new email. You're set.
Q: Someone is using my account.
A: Contact support@propsearchr.com immediately. We'll secure it, reset password, and review activity.
