1. Description of service

PropSearchr is an AI-powered property intelligence platform offering:

• Property scoring and analysis
• Floor plan modification analysis
• Off-market deal discovery
• Market research and forecasting
• Investment strategy modeling
• Amenity analysis and comparables

Services are provided "as-is" on an "as-available" basis without warranties.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter agreements
• Not be prohibited by law
• Provide accurate account information
• Not use our Service for illegal activities

3. Account responsibility

You're responsible for your account. You must:

• Protect your password and keep it confidential
• Accept liability for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Inactivity (12+ months)
• Your request for deletion

4. Permitted & prohibited use

You can

• Use PropSearchr for personal property investment analysis
• Download your reports for personal use
• Share analysis with advisors for your purposes
• Provide feedback and suggestions

You cannot

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Attempt unauthorized access (hacking, etc.)
• Scrape or bulk-download data (except via authorized APIs)
• Resell or redistribute our analysis
• Use automated bots or scripts
• Reverse-engineer our algorithms
• Sublicense or redistribute our Services
• Spam or create fraudulent content
• Violate security measures

We reserve the right to monitor, terminate accounts, and report illegal activity.

5. Intellectual property

PropSearchr ownership

• All content, code, algorithms, and design are owned by PropSearchr
• All rights reserved
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell our Services

Your content

• You retain ownership of your uploads (floor plans, photos, etc.)
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content, improve our algorithms using your data (anonymized), display content in your account, and use aggregated insights

License to you

• Limited, non-exclusive license to use PropSearchr for personal analysis only
• Non-transferable and non-sublicensable

6. Payment & billing

Pricing

• Pricing is listed on our website
• Updated periodically with 30 days notice
• Charges in AED (or local currency per market)
• Free plan: No charges
• Paid plans: Monthly or annual billing
• Taxes added if applicable in your jurisdiction

Payment processing

• Stripe processes all payments
• We don't store full credit card details
• See Stripe's Terms for payment disputes
• Receipts emailed upon payment

Changes & cancellation

• Free Trial: 7 days, no card required, no charges
• Paid Plans: Non-refundable (cancel anytime, effective end of period)
• Billing Errors: We'll credit your account
• Refunds: Only for billing errors or service discontinuation

Subscription management

• Upgrade/downgrade anytime (takes effect next billing cycle)
• Annual plans: 20% discount vs. monthly
• Can cancel via Settings at any time

7. No warranty & liability limits

AS-IS service

PropSearchr is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without:

• Warranties of fitness or merchantability
• Guarantees of accuracy, completeness, timeliness
• Promises of reliability or availability

Not financial advice

• WE ARE NOT FINANCIAL ADVISORS
• Our analysis is for information only
• Do NOT rely solely on our recommendations
• Consult a licensed financial advisor before investing
• Investment decisions are YOUR responsibility

Accuracy disclaimer

• Third-party data may contain errors
• Floor plan analysis depends on photo quality
• Predictions are estimates, not guarantees
• Real estate markets change rapidly
• Scores reflect data available at time of analysis

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for:

• Investment losses or poor returns
• Damages from using our Service
• Indirect, incidental, consequential damages
• Lost profits, data loss, business interruption
• Third-party claims

Our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the last 12 months, OR AED 1,000 (whichever is greater). This applies even if we've been told damage is possible.

8. Third-party services & links

• We're not responsible for third-party services (Bayut, PropertyFinder, DLD, etc.)
• We don't endorse or guarantee third-party accuracy
• External links don't imply endorsement
• You leave our Service at your own risk
• Third-party terms apply to third-party services

9. Data & privacy

• Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use
• By using PropSearchr, you accept the Privacy Policy
• You control your account data
• Request deletion via Settings or privacy@propsearchr.com
• Deleted data removed within 30 days
• We may use aggregated/anonymized data for research

10. Dispute resolution

Informal first

Contact support@propsearchr.com and try to resolve before legal action.

Governing law & jurisdiction

• UAE Users: Laws of Dubai, UAE courts
• Australian Users: Laws of Australia, Australian courts
• Canadian Users: Laws of Canada, Canadian courts
• UK Users: Laws of England & Wales, UK courts
• US Users: Laws of California, US courts
• Saudi Users: Laws of Saudi Arabia

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PropSearchr harmless from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of laws
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your user content or submissions
• Third-party claims related to your account

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder stays in effect.

13. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Service. Previous agreements are superseded.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms anytime. Material changes require notice (email or prominent website notice). Your continued use means you accept updates.
